Reiki Shoden Training

During the first Reiki Degree you will learn what Reiki is, the History of Reiki, the major energy centers of the body, the Reiki hand positions, Reiki healing techniques for self healing and healing others. You will also learn meditation techniques to guided clients in and out of meditation for the most powerful Reiki Experience. As well focusing on the idea of Energetic Protection for your space, your client, and yourself.

Students will receive the Reiki Level I Attunement; which is the first of four initiations into the Reiki Energies. This first initiation helps to turn the student into a channel for the Universal Life Force Energy to pass through.

There will be plenty of practice time so the new practitioners become confident and comfortable with the energy and the hand positions. During this practice time there will be two students working together: One student being the client and the other student being the client. This will allow for about two full Reiki Treatments that you will receive from one of your fellow classmates.

Pure Body and Mind Reiki is dedicated to providing you with quality Reiki Trainings so that you leave the training confident in your Reiki I abilities. Therefore the Reiki I trainings are limited in participants so you will have plenty of time for personalized instruction. Please sign up early as classes fill up quickly.
