Vibrational Sound Therapy (VST) uses specifically designed Singing Bowls that direct the vibrations and frequencies down and into the body. This combination induces an altered state of consciousness and allows the nervous system to reset and relax. The powerful vibrations and frequencies help the brain to begin the transition into Theta Brain Waves. These brain waves are where the body is able to fully relax and self heal; also known as a deep state of meditation. The session benefits you for 72 hours.
